Most importantly, your ability to meet our needs along with your willingness to work with us throughout the entire planning process will not be forgotten. The efforts put forth by you and your staff contributed greatly to the success of our celebration.

What can I say?? I am speechless.. (which doesn’t happen a lot) Words don’t seem to be enough to thank all of you for the most memorable, magical, STRESS FREE evening of our lives. The food was OUTSTANDING, the service was impeccable, the set up was perfect.. and each of you were TRULY AMAZING!

You are all so professional and kind and helpful and make planning an event like this relatively painless.. (The only painful part would be writing checks) All kidding aside, we could not have had such a successful evening without the help of all of you. You all have such a gift of being able to keep calm when all around you is chaotic, is a quality not all people possess. I will never forget the magical evening, when my baby girl became a married lady.. You were all a part of this lasting memory. I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate ALL you have done.

I am Dave and Ethel Sommer’s daughter and want to take a moment to tell you what an outstanding job you did at my party. We are still talking about what a wonderful caterer you are! The food was incredible, the presentation beautiful, and the accommodators could not have been more helpful or more cordial. The food at most large events is usually not memorable, but on Saturday night, the food (from start to finish) was extraordinary. Thank you so very much for all you did to make this celebration so special; my parents do not email, but I want to express the most sincere gratitude on behalf of my entire family. Again, many many thanks for your thoughtfulness and your expertise.

You are amazing! From the day we walked into your office, we knew your catering was very special. We expected a great cocktail hour and a delicious dinner, but we got so much more. The entire evening was spectacular!

When we met several weeks before the wedding, Alyse and Alan tried to describe a vision for their wedding. You understood exactly what they wanted and worked with your staff to make their vision a reality. The chef, the maitre’d, the many servers, and Elizabeth all contributed to a perfect evening. We know that when an event runs smoothly it is because of the work that is done in planning. You have built a team of professionals who know their roles and are ready to do whatever is needed to stage a flawless event. The phone calls have not stopped as our family and friends continue to praise Haute Cuisine Caterers. We join them and applaud them.

We also thank you for your compassion and understanding as we struggled through Hurricane Frances and rescheduling the wedding. It was a difficult time for us and your support made it so much easier. We knew that you put business aside and you became our friend, and we thank you sincerely.

We really wanted to thank all of you for the help, assistance and professionalism all along the way from day one till the day of the party.

The food was delicious. We received sooo many compliments and til today we are still enjoying the left overs.

I just wanted to say Thank You for everything that you did for Morgan’s Bat Mitzvah this weekend. Everything came out perfect and we had an amazing time. Our guests loved the food and told us that all night and after the party as well. In particular, they loved the carving station, the Mediterranean display, the pot pie and the yummy desserts. We also got several compliments on the dinners. The kids enjoyed their stations too. The pasta was a big hit. I have to admit, I was too busy enjoying myself to sample all of the food!

We had a blast at our last picnic of the millennium and we want you to know that. You brought a lot of joy to our families and friends of Edward Don & Company.

The food was excellent, tasty and the accompanying service was friendly and professional. On behalf of all the parents there, thank you for entertaining the children with such imaginative games like the balloon throwing contest. The relay race was a hit with the managers, supervisors, and employees.

Your planning and follow up, right up to the day of the picnic with our associate Team members contributed to the thoroughly fun event for all of us, so much that we would love to do it once a month.
